🎶 Louisiana Love Gluten-Free Cornbread Stuffing ⚜️

⚜️ Welcome to the Music Studio Kitchen, where southern comfort meets a soulful beat. Louisiana Love Cornbread Stuffing is our homemade holiday classic — a golden, savory, heartwarming dish inspired by bayou kitchens, porch music, and the kind of heritage cooking that tastes like a hug.

And because no great recipe comes without a rhythm, we paired it with an original Zydeco-style ditty called “Louisiana Love,” cooked up by Tré Taylor, Chef Bleep (the tattoo with a swearing habit), and our smoky southern collaborator Captain Crispy. It’s food with a soundtrack—and a whole lot of heart. From our kitchen to yours, we’re serving up love, music, food, art, and fun all season long. tretaylor.com ⚜️

PREPARATION:

Heat a large cast iron skillet over high heat. When hot, add 2 ounces of cooking oil and sauté the bacon and Andouille until golden brown and crispy. Then add the apples, green peppers, yellow peppers, red peppers, garlic, onions, shrimp and smoked oysters.

Sauté for 1 minute, then add the spices, jalapenos, chicken stock, butter, and cornbread. Mix well and place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes and serve as a side dish.

The Louisiana Love Cornbread Stuffing is more than a side dish; it's an experience. It brings the vibrant culture and vibrant flavors of the Bayou right to your plate. Whether you're celebrating a holiday or simply indulging in a comforting meal, this stuffing will remind you of the warmth and love that go into creating a memorable dining experience.

So, get ready to savor a taste of Louisiana, because with every bite of this stuffing, you'll feel the 'joie de vivre' that defines Southern cuisine. It's more than food; it's a love affair with flavor!" 🌽🌶️🍽️

Captain Crispy’s Closing Words

And before y’all head back to your kitchens, Captain Crispy — Pitmaster Supreme, Bacon King of New Orleans, keeper of the smoky gospel — wants to say a little somethin’:

“If this cornbread stuffing don’t make your taste buds dance a second-line parade, baby, you need to call a flavor doctor. This here’s Louisiana Love — approved, blessed, and kissed by yours truly. Now go on and stir up some joy, cher.”

Happy holiday season from Tré Taylor, from Captain Crispy, and of course… from Bleep, the tattoo with a mouth that needs supervision.
