Welcome to Drinks, Cocktails & Mocktails – where every glass tells a story.

From My Kitchen (and Bar) to Yours…

Some people build houses—me and a friend built a bar. Portable, four pieces, set it up in ten minutes, and suddenly you’ve got a lounge for ten in the middle of anywhere: forest clearings, desert camps, backyards, or living rooms. This is where the fun begins.

I’m Tré Taylor, and I live for coffee, craft brews, and cocktails that sing. Over the years I’ve brewed ciders, meads, and beers; shaken dangerous martinis; mixed tiki treasures; poured true hot chocolates; and explored mocktails that prove you don’t need alcohol to have a party in a glass. Here you’ll find proper classics, modern twists, mushroom coffees, holiday punches, and even large-batch margaritas designed for camping trips that don’t require you to play bartender all night.

And one tradition close to my heart: I am an honorary member of The First Church of the Chocolate Martini, founded by the legendary Charlie Stephen Russell. His divine creation—built on Godiva chocolate liqueur—became a ritual I still carry on today. I only make chocolate martinis at midnight, and always with a toast to the moon and a wish upon the stars. It’s magic in a glass, and it never fails to bring joy.

Bleep will tell you this is his favorite section (though he says that a lot). He’s partial to caramel-drizzled cocoa and anything with fancy glassware, but don’t trust him with the rum. Together, we’ll share recipes, stories, and lessons learned from distillers, baristas, homebrewers, and friends who taught us how to turn drinks into memories.

So whether you’re after a sunrise mocktail, a jazz-club martini, or a midnight cup of cocoa, welcome to the place where flavor meets celebration.

With love, music, food, art, and fun,

Tré Taylor & Bleep
