A voice shaped by jazz, soul, and the art of live musical conversation.

For more than three decades, vocalist Tré Taylor has been a vibrant presence in the San Francisco Bay Area music community. Known for her expressive phrasing, emotional storytelling, and playful sense of improvisation, she brings a soulful depth to every performance.

Rooted in jazz but influenced by blues, R&B, gospel, and Americana traditions, Tré has spent years collaborating with a wide circle of talented musicians across Northern California. Her performances celebrate the spirit of live music — where every song becomes a conversation and every audience becomes part of the moment.

Over the years she has shared the stage with numerous Bay Area players and ensembles, including longtime collaborations with the band Dangerous Martini, and regular appearances with jazz musicians throughout the region. She has also been known to sit in with groups such as Diamond Head Jazz, where she has been a featured vocalist for many years.

Today Tré is entering an exciting new creative chapter. In addition to live performance, she is developing original music, recording projects, and multimedia collaborations while connecting with musicians and audiences along the West Coast.

While the San Francisco Bay Area remains an important musical home, Tré will be spending time traveling and collaborating throughout the region this year — writing, recording, and sharing music wherever the journey leads.
