✨ The Art of Discernment in the Age of Digital Demons
It’s nice to be challenged—and win. Discernment is your invisible superpower, the secret the devil can’t see. He’ll tempt, tease, and try to ruffle your feathers, but when you stay anchored in love and light, you see straight through the illusion. And if you do get tricked again? That’s just another upgrade to your discernment database.

🌀 The New Curriculum: Discernment 101
Good morning, it’s Sunday, November 9th. The sea’s whispering its salt gospel outside my van window parked by the sea. It’s my church. The world feels different now — algorithms instead of priests, screens instead of altars, feeds instead of prayers. Every square inch of our attention has been programmed, branded, packaged, and sold.
Discernment has become a spiritual survival skill.
Bleep says: “Don’t believe everything that blinks, baby — sometimes the devil wears pixels.”
We’ve traded our televisions for algorithms that think they know us better than our mothers. But the real truth is quieter. It hums in the body. It doesn’t shout; it vibrates.
Discernment isn’t in your mind. It’s in your gut, your bones, your goosebumps. It’s that whisper that says “hell no” when the whole world’s clapping “yes.”
🔥 Dancing with the Devil (and Buying Him a Beer)
The darkness isn’t out to destroy you — not entirely.
It’s here to test your aim. The devil’s not just a trickster; he’s your spiritual sparring partner.
He sharpens you. He teaches you to see.
Sit him down. Pour him a beer. Ask what lesson he’s bringing this time.
Every shadow is a mirror.
Every heartbreak is a map.
Every betrayal is a breadcrumb trail back to your truth.
The Alchemy of Trust
The ones who envy or betray you are not your downfall—they’re your reflection, showing you what you’ve outgrown. Every jealous friend, every frenemy in disguise, becomes an unlikely angel with scissors, snipping the cords you were too kind to cut. Their noise is confirmation: you’re rising. But here’s the secret—the power isn’t in proving them wrong, it’s in trusting yourself right.
Discernment is a dance between trust and test. You can’t just believe your first impulse, and you can’t rush the answer either. Sometimes Spirit stays quiet to see if you’ll stay steady. The silence is the exam. The delay is the calibration. Patience is the test of faith.
The devil, that sly old mentor, will push your buttons just to see if you know they’re yours. He’s not here to destroy you—he’s here to show you the cracks that still need gold. Use him wisely. When you can meet your own darkness without flinching, when you can sit at the table with both your angel and your devil and still choose love—that’s when discernment becomes devotion.
💎 The Crystalline Body Awakens
We’re not broken humans — we’re new prototypes.
Star seeds, solar seeds, lightning bodies wrapped in flesh and Wi-Fi.
The pain of awakening is the friction of transformation. Diamonds aren’t born in comfort.
When you start listening inward, your discernment becomes a compass that never lies. It’ll lead you through illusions, down winding roads, into perfect stillness and magnificent rewards.
Discernment is the holy grail — and it’s hidden in your solar plexus.
It will show up as goosebumps of confirmation or as a gold glowing highlight sometimes, saying yes or no.
You are the chalice. You are the light refracted through your own cracks.
Bleep says: “Shine on, you weird diamond. Just don’t blind yourself with your own brilliance.”
🌊 Surfing Between Worlds
The middle path is the hardest to walk — or surf.
Go too far left, you drown in delusion.
Go too far right, you calcify in control.
Stay in the middle, and you’re balancing on the rolling log of life, wobbling but divine.
I sit by the sea to remember this.
To breathe in the lesson that even chaos can have rhythm.
And to remind myself that discernment is not judgment — it’s navigation.
🌱 Closing Thoughts: Trust Your Inner Compass
Discernment is love in action.
It’s the muscle of your spirit remembering how to flex.
It’s not paranoia; it’s pattern recognition guided by grace.
And when the world gets loud, when AI starts singing siren songs of false light — go inside. Listen. Your body knows.
🪞Contemplative Questions
Where in your body do you feel truth — and where do you feel deception?
What devils in your life might actually be teachers in disguise?
If discernment is a dance, what rhythm is your soul trying to move to right now?
🌙 Trust the Turn
It’s hard, I know.
Self-deception sucks.
Self-sabotage happens.
You can’t heal faster than your own nervous system will allow, and sometimes you just have to pull over and breathe.
If you’re stuck like Chuck in a truck, I REALLY RELATE, but remember, IT’S TEMPORARY.
Bleep says: “If you’re stuck like Chuck in a truck, at least roll the window down — it’s just a pit stop, not purgatory!”
My intention is simple: to share everyday wellness wisdom for surviving the landmine of life. You never know what you’ll step on next—could be a blessing, could be a bomb, could be both before lunch.
So here’s your spiritual exercise for the road:
Next time you’re at a stoplight and unsure which way to go, don’t reach for Google. Ask your body instead.
Left or right?
Yes or no?
Notice what your body says—and trust it. See what happens. Keep practicing until you get confirmation that you can trust consistently. You will need this trust for the journey ahead.
The more you practice, the more accurate you become with your inner compass. That’s discernment training in disguise. It’s how you’ll learn to dodge the icky stuff, the energy vampires, and the invisible potholes of self-doubt.
You don’t know if life’s next gift will be a miracle or a mess—but if you stay honest, grounded, and brave enough to listen, you’ll navigate it all like a pro.
I hope this helps.
Wishing you courage, joy, and strength on your journey.
With love, music, food, art, and fun—
