Ingredients
🥐 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
🧀 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
🍳 4 large eggs
🥓 8 thin slices prosciutto
🧅 2 tablespoons finely minced scallions or fresh chives
🧂 Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pastry
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut one puff pastry sheet into four equal squares.
Gently fold or crimp the edges upward to create a shallow border around each tart.
Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 2: Add the Filling
